Audio/Video calls with Facebook Messenger on the PC

As per subject, I am wondering if anyone is successfully doing audio/video
calls on Facebook Messenger with Mozilla Firefox on the PC.

At first, I opened the Messenger page in IE and could not find the call
buttons in a message with my friend. I had her try to call me and I got a dialog telling me the feature was only supported by Google Chrome and
Mozilla firefox.

In firefox, I get a message that says "click the camera and choose Share Devices". You guessed it, I can't click the camera.

Does anyone know if there is a keyboard shortcut. Do I need to write a
support message asking them to make this accessible.

Many thanks in advance for input.

I took a look.
Here’s what I saw.
To do it correctly, you need to click on the friend you wish to call.
Find them in your friends list, or just click their name from a post, so that you are in or on their page.
Now, click on message them.
Go to the bottom of the page, and you’ll see the messenger has opened.
If you arrow you find “start a video call.” You can do audio too.
Once you click it, it will ask you to share your microphone. Press enter on it, because answering the question is difficult.
It will say you are sharing your microphone.
Mine may be a bit different, because I have a separate mic from my webcam, if you just have one that is all in one, you’ll be okay.
Note, your friend needs to be on Facebook, or the call doesn’t go.
Hope that helps.
